  • You can ask to reserve a commission spot! Please DM @kokognos on Discord.
    (Note that reserved spots are maxed out at 5 people, you can view availability in "Reservations" on the left.)

  • Final prices are rounded to 1 d.p.

  • PayPal prices going up by multiples of TEN can be paid with respective nitro months.
    E.g. $20 = 2 month nitro

  • 2nd character discount: when an extra character is added, discounts the lowest costing section if there are 2+ characters
    FOR Paypal prices: 50% off of section price
    FOR ROBUX prices: 10% off of base price

Terms of Service

i. disclaimers

  1. My prices are subject to change.

  2. I am allowed to decline any commissions out of my skill range or I feel uncomfortable doing.

  3. If I find you are being continuously rude and disrespectful to me before or during commissioning me I will cancel your commission without refunds.

  4. Your commission info will be public on my waitlist/Trello. Info includes price of commission, type of commission, client’s username, client’s references and final product of commission. If you would like any of these to be hidden/anonymous, please tell me initially when commissioning me!

ii. payment and refunds

  1. You will be required to pay in full upfront or 50/50; before and after the sketch. Sketches can ONLY be paid upfront.

  2. In the event where I am unable to finish your commission, I will cancel your commission. For paid Paypal commissions, I will refund 50%.

  3. I don’t do rush-jobs/tight deadlines. Please commission me 2-3 weeks in advance before the due date (especially if it is for an illustration/rendered piece).

iii. rights and usage

  1. I own all rights to all my artwork. I do not want my art to be fed to AI generation. You can not claim my artwork as your own.

  2. I am allowed to publicly share your commissions as well as include them in my portfolio, unless asked otherwise *(Please tell me in advance!!)

  3. Art commissioned for commercial-use must have prices and fees discussed in DMs (@_ki.eu on Discord).

  4. Non-commercial art and designs can not be sold! This includes but not limited to: re-selling adoptables, using commissioned art in merchandise, using commissioned art to be sold, using commissioned art in paid advertisements, etc.

  5. If my art will be used publicly (but non-profit), please credit me somewhere with one of my socials if watermark can not be seen, or have my watermark visible! Public use includes using it as your pfp, banner, if it’s displayed on your account/channel, toyhou.se, etc.

iv. client obligations

  1. You are to provide clear and detailed descriptions/references of what you'd like. Failure to do so will result in an unsatisfactory commission.

  2. Please provide image references wherever possible! Preferably have them prepared so the commissioning process will take less time and hassle.

  3. Please speak respectfully and kindly to me. I will return your patience and kindness with a complete commission. <3
